Job Description: HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC ductwork systems to identify areas requiring cleaning, repairs, or maintenance.
• Perform professional duct cleaning services using specialized tools and equipment, adhering to industry best practices and safety guidelines.
• Remove dust, debris, allergens, and contaminants from ducts, vents, registers, grilles, and other HVAC system components to improve air quality and system efficiency.
• Apply appropriate sanitizing agents or antimicrobial treatments to control microbial growth and eliminate odors.
• Install, repair, or replace ductwork components as necessary to ensure optimal airflow and system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate duct cleaning schedules and provide exceptional customer service.

Working Conditions:
The HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician will primarily work in residential settings, requiring travel to customer job sites. The role involves working in confined spaces, such as attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms. The technician will be exposed to varying environmental conditions and may need to carry and operate heavy equipment. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
